    Q&A

    Q:

What can I plug into these?

    A:
All the units feature multiple charging ports like the normal three prong AC plug, USB-A and USB-C, and a car accessories plug. This allows for a variety of things to be plugged into these systems. They are limited however by the total power output per model.

    Q:

Can I buy more batteries to expand the capacity?

    A:
Yes, for the 3000W system, it features a 2560 Wh expansion pack which doubles the capacity. Additional packs can be added up to six for a total capacity of 17,500 Wh of capacity.

    Q:

    How can I charge them?

    A:
There are three main options for charging. You can charge them simply by connecting an AC outlet. There is also a port that allows for charging via the car accessory plug from your vehicle or an optional solar panel.
